阿莫西林联合奥美拉唑治疗胃炎合并胃溃疡的疗效

摘　　要：目的 探究阿莫西林联合奥美拉唑治疗胃炎合并胃溃疡的疗效。方法 选取2021年1月至2022年12月收治的胃炎合并胃溃疡患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例,对照组使用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组使用阿莫西林联合奥美拉唑治疗,对比两组治疗后的炎症因子、胃功能和不良反应发生率。结果 观察组的炎症因子白细胞介素-11、白细胞介素-8和C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的胃功能指标胃泌素-17、胃蛋白酶原-1和胃蛋白酶原-2水平均低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 阿莫西林联合奥美拉唑治疗胃炎合并胃溃疡有较好的效果,能够有效地降低患者的炎症因子情况,改善胃功能情况,降低不良反应发生率,有较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the efficacy of amoxicillin combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastritis combined with gastric ulcer.Methods A total of 100 patients with gastritis combined with gastric ulcer admitted from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table,50 cases in each group,the control group was treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with amoxicillin combined with omeprazole,and the inflammatory factor,gastric function and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared after treatment.Results The levels of inflammatory factors interleukin-11,interleukin-8 and C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of gastrin-17,pepsinogen-1 and pepsinogen-2,which are indicators of gastric function,were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions Amoxicillin combined with omeprazole has a better effect in the treatment of gastritis combined with gastric ulcer,which can effectively reduce the patient's inflammatory factor situation,improve the gastric function situation,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and has high application value.
