摘　　要：目的 分析Teach-back延续护理联合强化管理护理对子宫肌瘤患者术后心理状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法 选取2022年1月至2022年12月于我院接受手术治疗的子宫肌瘤患者240例,按照护理方法的不同分为对照组与研究组,各120例。对照组接受强化管理护理,研究组则接受Teach-back延续护理联合强化管理护理。比较两组的焦虑程度、抑郁程度及睡眠质量。结果 干预后,研究组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组日间功能障碍、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠质量等各维度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 为子宫肌瘤患者提供Teach-back延续护理联合强化管理护理,能减轻焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高术后睡眠质量。Objective To analyse the effects of Teach-back continuity nursing combined with intensive management nursing on postoperative psychological status and sleep quality of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 240 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the different methods of nursing care,each with 120 cases.The control group received intensive management nursing,while the study group received Teach-back continuity nursing combined with intensive management nursing.The anxiety level,depression level and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS) and depression self-assessment scale(SDS) of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of the dimensions of daytime dysfunction,sleep disorders,hypnotic medication,time to fall asleep,time to sleep,sleep efficiency,sleep quality,etc.of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Providing uterine fibroid patients with Teach-back continuity nursing combined with intensive management nursing can reduce anxiety and depression and improve postoperative sleep quality.
