四手操作技术在正畸护理配合中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 针对正畸患者实施四手操作技术治疗干预,研究其护理效果以及应用价值。方法 选择2021年9月至2023年9月聊城市人民医院收治的90例正畸患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各45例。对照组实施常规护理配合方法,试验组实施四手操作技术护理配合,比较两组正畸患者护理满意度、依从性和整体手术时间。结果 试验组护理满意度高于对照组(100%vs.77.80%,P<0.001)。试验组依从性高于对照组(100%vs.75.56%,P<0.001)。试验组整体手术时间短于对照组[(40.48±4.49)min vs.(50.93±3.59)min,P<0.001]。结论 对正畸患者实施四手操作技术治疗能够明显提高患者的护理满意度,降低整体操作时间。Objective To implement a four-handed manipulation technique treatment intervention for orthodontic patients,and to study its nursing effect and application value.Methods A total of 90 orthodontic patients admitted to our hospital were selected and the time frame of this study was from September 2021 to September 2023.The grouping method was based on the randomized numerical table method and divided into a test group and a control group,each with 45 cases.In this trial,the control group implemented conventional nursing care coordination methods,while the experimental group implemented four-handed operation technique nursing care coordination,comparing the two groups of orthodontic patients' nursing satisfaction,compliance and overall operation time.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(100% vs.77.80%,P<0.001).The compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(100% vs.75.56%,P<0.001).The overall operation time of the experimental group was less than that of the control group [(40.48±4.49) min vs.(50.93±3.59) min,P<0.001].Conclusions The implementation of four-handed operation technique treatment for orthodontic patients can significantly improve patient care satisfaction and reduce the overall operation time.
