品管圈活动在提高眼病患者滴眼药水正确率管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨品管圈活动对提高眼病患者滴眼药水正确率的效果。方法 以2023年1—6月品管圈活动开展前福建医科大学附属第一医院收治的134例眼病患者为对照组,以2023年7—12月品管圈活动开展后收治的134例眼病患者为试验组。比较两组干预后滴眼药水相关健康知识的掌握水平、自行滴眼药水正确率及护理干预满意度。结果 试验组干预后滴眼药水相关健康知识知晓率高于对照组(94.78%vs.75.37%,P<0.001),自行滴眼药水正确率高于对照组(94.14%vs.70.90%,P<0.001),护理干预满意度高于对照组(92.54%vs.78.36%,P=0.001)。结论 基于品管圈活动予以眼病患者护理服务,可以有效提高患者滴眼药水相关健康知识的知晓率与自行滴眼药水的正确率,患者满意度高。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle activities on improving the correct rate of eye drops in patients with ophthalmic diseases.Methods The 134 ophthalmic patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University before the quality control circle activity was carried out in January-June 2023 were taken as the control group,and the 134 ophthalmic patients admitted after the quality control circle activity was carried out in July-December 2023 were taken as the experimental group.We compared the level of health knowledge related to eye drops,the correct rate of self-administered eye drops and the satisfaction of nursing intervention between the two groups after the intervention.Results The post-intervention knowledge of eye drops in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(94.78% vs.75.37%,P<0.001),the correct rate of self administered eye drops was higher than that in the control group(94.14% vs.70.90%,P<0.001),and the satisfaction with nursing intervention was higher than that in the control group(92.54% vs.78.36%,P=0.001).Conclusions Based on the quality control circle activity,the nursing service for patients with ophthalmic diseases can effectively improve the knowledge rate of patients' eye drops and the correct rate of self-administered eye drops,and the patients' satisfaction is high.
