医护一体工作模式在白内障患者护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的 观察医护一体工作模式在白内障患者护理中的应用价值。方法 选取2023年1月至2023年6月收治的80例白内障手术患者为研究对象,依照患者管理模式不同分为研究组和对照组,每组40例患者,其中,研究组患者实施医护一体工作模式护理,对照组实施常规护理模式,对比两组护理满意度、健康知识知晓率、心理状态、并发症发生率、眼压及视力情况。结果 研究组健康知识知晓率、满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组间心理状态对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组间眼压及视力对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组眼压及视力水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 白内障手术患者护理中给予患者医护一体工作模式护理,可提高患者护理质量,有助于患者护理工作开展。Objective Observing the value of the integrated healthcare working model in the care of cataract patients.Methods A total of 80 cataract surgery patients admitted from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected for the study,and were divided into a study group and a control group according to the different patient management modes,with 40 patients in each group,in which the study group implemented the integrated medical and nursing care model,and the control group implemented the conventional care model,and the two groups were compared with each other in terms of satisfaction with nursing care,the rate of knowledge of health knowledge,the psychological state,the rate of complications,the intraocular pressure,and the visual acuity.Results The rate of health knowledge and satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of psychological status between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the psychological status scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of intraocular pressure and visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the intraocular pressure and visual acuity levels of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Giving patients an integrated working model of care in cataract surgery patient care improves the quality of patient care and contributes to the development of patient care.
