大学生志愿者参与公益劳动对心理资本的影响

摘　　要：本研究采用随机取样法,选取了江苏省红十字会的大学生志愿者群体作为样本,回收有效问卷718份。在这些受访者中,有公益劳动经历的志愿者为619人。我们分别调查研究了这些志愿者参与公益劳动的工作投入和心理资本。研究结果显示,参与公益劳动的工作投入可以正向预测心理资本,工作投入的专注与奉献维度是影响心理资本的重要因素。由此可见,公益劳动可以有效提升个体的心理资本,帮助大学生更好地适应环境,应对各种生活情境。This study employed a random sampling method and selected a group of college student volunteers from the Red Cross Society of Jiangsu Province as the sample,retrieving 718 valid questionnaires.Among these respondents,619 volunteers had experience in public welfare labor.We investigated these volunteers'work engagement and psychological capital related to their participation in public welfare labor.The results show that work engagement in public welfare labor can positively predict psychological capital,with the dimensions of focus and dedication being significant factors influencing psychological capital.Hence,public welfare labor can effectively enhance individuals'psychological capital,helping college students better adapt to their environment and cope with various life situations.
