摘  要:利用三维激光扫描技术对铁路隧道施工开挖、初支和二衬等各阶段轮廓进行扫描,获取点云数据,经数据处理形成隧道点云模型,与隧道设计BIM模型结合,准确分析、计算隧道开挖超欠挖情况、初支平整度、初支净空侵限、二衬混凝土用量和二衬净空侵限等问题。为隧道施工超前支护形式调整、预留变形量调整和爆破设计方案优化提供基础数据,建议将基于三维激光扫描技术的隧道断面质量检测纳入工序管理,并继续探索更高效的三维激光扫描技术与装备。3D laser scanning technology is used to scan the outline of railway tunnel construction excavation,initial branch and second lining and other stages,obtain point cloud data,and form tunnel point cloud model after data processing.Combined with tunnel design BIM model,accurate analysis and calculation of tunnel excavation overcut,flatness of initial branch,clearance limit of initial branch,concrete amount of second lining and clearance limit of second lining are performed.To provide basic data for the adjustment of tunnel construction advance support form,reservation deformation adjustment and blasting design optimization,it is suggested to incorporate the tunnel section quality inspection based on 3D laser scanning technology into the process management,and continue to explore more efficient 3D laser scanning technology and equipment.
