摘  要:针对隧道施工中超欠挖现象频发的问题,以钻爆法为例,结合实际工程经验,在保证隧道施工效率的同时,提出了多种超欠挖控制技术。研究结果表明,在钻爆法超挖控制技术中,结合了4种优化策略的方法实现了超挖量的显著降低。相较于其他单独的方法,该方法使得超挖量最小化至3.22 cm。同时还发现融合3种优化策略的技术使得欠挖量缩小至1.38 cm,为隧道施工的质量和安全性保障提供了可靠的技术支持。In view of the frequent phenomenon of over-excavation and under-excavation in tunnel construction,taking drilling and blasting method as an example,combined with practical engineering experience,while ensuring the efficiency of tunnel construction,various control technologies of over-excavation and under-excavation are put forward.The research results show that in the over-excavation control technology with drilling and blasting method,four optimization strategies are combined to realize the significant reduction of over-excavation.Compared with other separate methods,this method minimizes the over-excavation to 3.22cm.At the same time,it is also found that the technology combining three optimization strategies can reduce the amount of under-excavation to 1.38cm,which provides reliable technical support for the quality and safety guarantee of tunnel construction.
