摘　　要：利益驱使下我国文物犯罪形势依然严峻,对倒卖环节重点打击是保障文物安全的关键行动。当前倒卖文物犯罪没有明确受害人且网络化、专业化趋势明显,打击防范大多处于工作中事后发现的被动局面。切实提升倒卖文物犯罪的打击防范能力需要扩大情报线索来源,查控运输通道,剖析犯罪行为特点进行数据建模,使得打击防范工作从被动发现向主动识别防范转变,最终实现对文物犯罪的有力遏制,切实筑牢文物安全防线。Under the trend of interest,the situation of cultural relics crime in China is still severe,and the key action to protect the security of cultural relics is to crack down on the scalping link.At present,the crime of reselling cultural relics has no clear victims and the trend of network and specialization is obvious,and the fight and prevention are mostly in the passive situation of finding out after the work.To effectively improve the ability to combat and prevent the crime of reselling cultural relics,it is necessary to expand the sources of intelligence clues,investigate and control transportation channels,analyze the characteristics of criminal behavior and conduct data modeling to transform the combat and prevention work from passive discovery to active identification and prevention,and finally realize a strong containment of cultural relics crimes and effectively build a security defense lineof cultural relics.
