摘  要:基于相似理论及已有研究成果,提出可模拟盾构隧道接头抗拉及抗弯能力的弹簧+螺栓环向接头。设计并制作考虑环向接头的模型盾构隧道,其主体由特定比例石膏、硅藻土拌料浇筑而成,环向接头通过外接弹簧、内埋套筒螺栓达到模拟效果。对模型隧道管片接头设计进行叙述,并开展力学性能测试。研究结果表明,模型隧道管片直径收敛值变化较稳定,几乎为线性变化,且当隧道埋深为1.50d(d为隧道外径)时,最大管片直径收敛值为25.1mm,此时管片弯矩呈花生形分布,最大弯矩为93.1kN·m;模型试验得到的管片直径收敛值及内力分布均较贴合实际情况,表明模型隧道承载力可靠,管片及接头模拟效果较好。Based on the similarity theory and the existing research results,a spring and bolt ring joint is proposed to simulate the tensile and bending capacity of shield tunnel joints.A shield tunnel model considering the ring joint is designed and fabricated,with the main body made of specific proportions of gypsum and diatomaceous earth mix,and the ring joint is simulated by external springs and embedded bolts.The design of the tunnel model joints is described,and the mechanical properties of the shield tunnel model are tested.The research results show that the convergence value of the tube sheet diameter in the model tunnel is stable and almost linear,and when the tunnel depth is 1.50d,the maximum convergence value of the tube sheet diameter is 25.1mm,and at this time,the bending moment of the tube sheet is in the form of a peanut⁃shaped distribution,and the maximum bending moment is 93.1kN·m.The convergence value of tube sheet diameter and internal force distribution obtained from the model test are more in line with the actual situation,indicating that the model tunnel bearing capacity is reliable,and the simulation effect of tube sheet and joints is good.
