英国社区家政教育的特点及对我国家政教育的启示

摘　　要：社区家政教育是指面向社区、为社区居民提供以家政为教学内容的教育服务,是家政教育的重要组成部分。作为社区家政教育的先行者,英国社区家政教育凭借其历史悠久、体系完整、模式成熟、课程设置科学合理等特点,为英国解决经济社会问题、有效增加教育供给提供了关键的支持。为增加居家养老育幼等服务供给、推动家政服务业提质扩容,我国正在积极推动家政培训进社区,并成为社区家政教育重要的表现形式。英国社区家政教育的发展历程为我们提供了宝贵的经验,为我国家政培训进社区提供了有益的参考,即推动社会大众正视家政教育、完善体制机制集社会合力共同推动家政培训进社区,最终提升人民生活幸福感、获得感和全民福祉。Community home economics education is a home economics education activity based on the community and its residents,and is an important part of home economics education.As a pioneer of community home economics education,the UK community home economics education has a long history,complete system,mature model,scientific and reasonable curriculum and other characteristics,which provides important support for the UK to solve the economic and social problems and effectively increase the supply of education.In order to increase the supply of services such as home care for the elderly and children,and to promote the quality and expansion of the domestic service industry,China is currently actively promoting domestic training in the community,and domestic training in the community is an important form of community home economics education.It is worth sorting out and thinking about Britain’s historical experience in the development of community home economics education.It has certain reference value for the development of home economics training in the community in China,namely,to promote the public to pay attention to home economics education,improve the system and mechanism to collect social synergy to jointly promote home economics training in the community,and ultimately to enhance the people’s sense of well-being and access to happiness,and to enhance the well-being of all the people.
