摘  要:基准标志物(Fiducial Marker,FM)已广泛应用于前列腺癌图像引导放疗(Image Guided Radiotherapy,IGRT)中。基于FM的图像匹配和校准技术提高了前列腺癌IGRT中靶区位置准确度,使患者获得了更高的治疗增益。前列腺癌IGRT中FM的准确辨识是实现其临床价值的关键前提,其辨识方法主要为X线成像技术。在以CT成像技术为主的FM辨识中,FM的类型逐渐由固态发展为液态,辨识自动化水平和准确度逐步提高。在以C型臂X线机成像技术为辅的FM辨识中,辨识结果可满足临床需求。基于CT的液态FM辨识优势最大且限制最少,该技术将成为未来前列腺癌IGRT中的研究和应用重点。本文对基于CT和C型臂X线机的FM辨识优、劣势和应用进展进行了综述,以期为医学影像、放疗、泌尿外科等相关专业医务人员提供一定的理论和实践参考。Fiducial marker(FM)has been widely used in image guided radiotherapy(IGRT)for prostate cancer.The image matching and calibration technology based on FM has improved the accuracy of target location in prostate cancer IGRT.The technology above enables patients to achieve higher treatment gains.The accurate identification of FM in prostate cancer IGRT is an important prerequisite for achieving its clinical value.The identification method is mainly X-ray imaging technology.In the identification of FM mainly based on CT imaging technology,the type of FM is gradually developed from solid to liquid,and the level of identification automation and accuracy is gradually improved.In the identification of FM assisted by C-arm X-ray imaging technology,the identification results can meet the clinical need.The identification of liquid FM based on CT has the maximum advantage and the minimum limitation.This technology will become the focus of future research and application in prostate cancer IGRT.This paper reviewed the advantages,disadvantages,and application progress of FM identification based on CT and C-arm X-ray machine,so as to provide theoretical and practical references for medical professionals in related fields such as medical imaging,radiotherapy,and urology.
