摘　　要：文章基于2005-2020年全国31个省区市的面板数据,对国有企业发展促进共同富裕的效应及作用机制进行了研究。结果显示,国有企业发展壮大能够显著促进共同富裕,其促进效应主要体现在总体富裕程度上。机制分析结果表明,国有企业主要通过增加地方税收和提升地方科技创新水平从而促进共同富裕。异质性分析结果表明,东部地区国有企业对共同富裕的促进效应强于中西部地区,且八大经济区中东部沿海经济区国有企业的的促进效应最为显著;国有企业全面深化改革后,其对共同富裕具有更加明显的正向效应。此外,浙江共同富裕示范区国有企业发展壮大对共同富裕具有正向促进效应,不仅能促进总体富裕发展水平,还能提高共享富裕发展水平。研究对探索国有企业促进共同富裕的作用机制及其实现路径具有参考价值。This paper employs the panel data from 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China from 2005 to 2020 to investigate the promotion effect and mechanism of the development of state-owned enterprises on common prosperity.The findings indicate that the development of state-owned enterprises can significantly promote common prosperity,with its effect being mainly reflected in overall prosperity levels.Mechanism analysis reveals that the development of state-owned enterprises can promote common prosperity by increasing the local tax revenue and improving the level of scientific and technological innovation.Heterogeneity analysis shows that the promotion effect of state-owned enterprises in the eastern region on common prosperity is greater than that in the central and western regions,and among the eight economic zones,state-owned enterprises in the eastern coastal economic zone have the most significant effect on promoting common prosperity;after comprehensively deepening reform,state-owned enterprises have a more obvious positive effect on common prosperity.Further empirical analysis indicates that the development of state-owned enterprises in the demonstration zone for common prosperity in Zhejiang Province has a positive effect on common prosperity,not only promoting the level of overall prosperity,but also improving the level of shared prosperity.These conclusions provide reference for exploring the mechanism and realization paths of state-owned enterprises in promoting common prosperity.
