摘 要:为研究纳米二氧化硅(SiO_(2))和基体黏度对聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)复合材料发泡行为和光学性能的影响,选择两种不同黏度的PET为基体(PET2比PET1黏度高),与不同质量分数的SiO_(2)复合制备PET/SiO_(2)复合材料,然后利用CO_(2)釜压发泡制备PET/SiO_(2)复合发泡材料。首先,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究了SiO_(2)和基体黏度对PET/SiO_(2)复合发泡材料泡孔结构的影响;其次,研究了SiO_(2)和基体黏度对PET/SiO_(2)复合材料发泡温度窗口的影响;最后,研究了SiO_(2)和基体黏度对PET/SiO_(2)复合发泡材料光反射性能的影响。结果显示,随着SiO_(2)含量增加,PET/SiO_(2)发泡材料泡孔尺寸变小,泡孔密度变大。相较于PET1/SiO_(2)体系,PET2/SiO_(2)体系的泡孔尺寸更小,泡孔密度更大。随着SiO_(2)含量增加,PET/SiO_(2)体系发泡温度上限先升高后降低,发泡温度窗口呈现出先变宽后变窄的趋势,PET2/SiO_(2)体系具有更高的适合发泡的上限和下限温度。随着SiO_(2)添加量提高,PET/SiO_(2)发泡材料表现出逐渐升高的光反射率,PET2/SiO_(2)体系的光反射率更高。To study the effect of nano silica(SiO_(2))and matrix viscosity on the foaming behavior and optical property of poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET)composites,two kinds of PET of different viscosity(PET2 with higher viscosity than PET1)were chosen to mix with SiO_(2)of various loading contents to prepare PET/SiO_(2)composites,and then PET/SiO_(2)composite foams were prepared via batch foaming process with CO_(2)as foaming agent.First,the effect of SiO_(2)and matrix viscosity on cell structure of PET/SiO_(2)composite foams was studied using scanning electron microscope.Then,the effect of SiO_(2)and matrix viscosity on foaming temperature window of PET/SiO_(2)composites was studied.Last,the effect of SiO_(2)and matrix viscosity on light reflectivity of PET/SiO_(2)composite foams was studied.The results show that with increase in SiO_(2)content,the cell size of PET/SiO_(2)foams decreases,the cell density increases.Compared to PET1/SiO_(2)systems,PET2/SiO_(2)foams show smaller cell size and larger cell density.With increase in SiO_(2)content,the upper limit of foaming temperature of PET/SiO_(2)composites first increases and then decreases,and the foaming temperature window shows the changing trend of a first widening and then a narrowing.PET2/SiO_(2)composites show both higher upper limit and lower limit of foaming temperature.With increase in SiO_(2)content,PET/SiO_(2)foams display a gradual increase in light reflectivity.The PET2/SiO_(2)foams show higher light reflectivity.
