摘 要:作为辅助运载平车装卸车辆的重要工具,传统的折叠渡板存在依靠人力搭建、组装费时耗力与收纳不便等问题。面向具有回转平台的铁路运载平车,设计一种全自动收展的折叠渡板,通过运动学与动力学原理分析折叠渡板的运动特性,研究折叠机构对渡板收展的控制情况,得出折叠机构尺寸参数与受力性能的关系。基于Adams仿真软件输出的轨迹曲线验证了折叠渡板展开原理的正确性,并对折叠机构进行了优化设计,优化后折叠机构各油缸推力均有明显减小,渡板的收展更加省力。研究结果表明:折叠渡板收展灵活,折叠机构受力性能良好,折叠渡板的设计与仿真为新一代折叠渡板的设计及优化创新提供了参考。The folding ferry plate is an important tool to assist the loading and unloading of flat cars.However,the traditional folding ferry plate has problems such as relying on manpower to build,time-consuming assembly and inconvenient storage.In view of the above situation,a fully automatic folding ferry plate is designed for railway transport flat car with rotary platform,and its folding principle and folding mechanism performance are studied.The motion characteristics of the folding ferry plate are studied by kinematics and dynamics analysis.The control of the folding mechanism on the ferry plate is analyzed,and the relationship between the size parameters of the folding mechanism and the force performance is obtained.Based on the trajectory curve output by Adams simulation software,the correctness of the folding ferry expansion principle is verified,and the folding mechanism is optimized.After optimization,the thrust of each cylinder of the folding mechanism is significantly reduced,and the folding of the ferry is more labor-saving.The research results show that the folding ferry plate is flexible and the folding mechanism has good mechanical performance.The design and simulation of the folding ferry plate provide a reference for the design and optimization innovation of the new generation of folding ferry plate.
