摘　　要：功能性发作也称心因性非痫性发作,临床表现多样且类似癫痫,容易被误诊、漏诊,且治疗难度较大,目前国内尚无关于该疾病诊治的专家共识。为此,中华医学会心身医学分会心身神经病协作学组组织多学科专家进行多次讨论,制定本共识,以期使得功能性发作/心因性非痫性发作疾病的诊疗更加规范,更好地服务临床工作。Psychogenic non-epileptic seizures,also known as functional seizures,present with diverse clinical manifestations that mimic epilepsy,leading to frequent misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis.Additionally,its treatment poses considerable challenges.There is no expert consensus on diagnosing and treating the disorder in China.The Psychosomatic-Neurology Collaboration Group of the Chinese Society of Psychosomatic Medicine organized multidisciplinary experts for extensive discussions and formulated this consensus to address this gap.The consensus aims to standardize the diagnosis and management of psychogenic nonepileptic seizures(functional seizures)and better serve clinical practice in China.
