摘　　要：本文运用政治系统理论,采用爬虫技术获取2021年7月24日至2024年3月31日之间半官方的“人民网留言板”及非官方的“知乎”两类网络平台有关“双减”政策的网络舆情数据,展开“双减”政策执行中的网络舆情监测研究,客观描述大众对“双减”政策的情感态度倾向,分析得出“双减”政策执行中“双减”政治共同体关注的主要议题,全面理解不同利益群体对“双减”政策的真实看法,并在此基础上提出针对性的建议,为“双减”政策的持续推进提供参考依据。This paper uses the Political System theory and crawler technology to obtain online public opinion data of the "double reduction" policy. The data which come from the semi-official platforms of "Message Board for Leaders" and the unofficial platforms of "Zhihu" were between July 24, 2021 and March 31, 2024. The paper do some research about monitoring on online public opinion during the implementation of the "double reduction" policy.In this way,the paper objectively describes the public's emotional attitude toward the policy of "double reduction" and analyzes the main issues which the "double reduction" political community to focus on in the implementation of the "double reduction". At the same time,the paper comprehensive understanding the real views of different interest groups on the "double reduction" policy and puts forward some specific suggestions to provide a reference for the continuous promotion of the "double reduction" policy.
