摘 要:《材料成形原理》是材料成型及控制工程专业必修的专业基础课,课程内容丰富,包含铸造、焊接、塑性、塑料等专业知识,课程特点是知识点多、理论性强、抽象,导致学生学习有难度。针对本课程的特点,在新工科背景下,结合笔者高校所在地方的特色产业优势,从企业实训、课程案例、学科竞赛、科研成果、考核评价体系等方面探究课程教学模式的改革。通过课程改革,实现专业理论知识、产业真实案例的深度融合,提高学生专业课程学习兴趣、专业知识运用能力、分析解决问题能力,实现提高人才培养质量的目的。The material forming principles is a compulsory basic course for the major of material forming and control engineering.The content of the course is rich,including casting,welding,plasticity,plastics and other professional knowledge,and it is characterized by a lot of knowledge points,strong theory and abstraction,which makes it difficult for the students to learn.In view of the characteristics of this course and the new engineering background,combined with the characteristic industrial advantages of the places where the author's college is located,this paper explores the reform of the course teaching mode from the aspects of enterprise training,course cases,subject competition,scientific research achievements,assessment and evaluation system.Through the exploration of course reform,it is to achieve the deep integration of professional theoretical knowledge and industrial cases,improve the students'interest in learning professional courses,professional knowledge application ability,and the ability to analyze and solve problems,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of personnel training.
