摘　　要：我国科学技术的迅猛发展,促使发酵工业水平有着较大提升,发酵设备作为用于制备以及生产微生物的关键要素,承担着非常重要的职能,特别是目前的微生物发酵设备已经稳步向现代化发展,能够高度匹配微生物生长和产品形成的基本条件。以某一现代微生物发酵设备概述为切入点,重点分析了现代微生物发酵设备应用要点内容。The rapid development of science and technology in our country has greatly improved the level of fermentation industry.Fermentation equipment,as a key element for preparing and producing microorganisms,plays a very important role.Especially at present,microbial fermentation equipment has steadily developed towards modernization,which can highly match the basic conditions for microbial growth and product formation.This article takes an overview of a modern microbial fermentation equipment as the starting point,and focuses on analyzing the key application points of modern microbial fermentation equipment.
