摘 要:目的:探讨MRI磁化传递(MT)技术在磁共振脑动脉血管成像(MRA)中的应用价值。材料和方法:收集2021年6月26日至2023年5月18日在本院就诊的41例受试对象,均同时执行常规三维时间飞跃法MRA(3D-TOF-MRA)和MT+3D-TOF-MRA的脑血管成像检查,统计分析和比较两种成像方法对脑动脉血管图像的显示情况。结果:在41例受试者中,对脑动脉大血管,两种成像方法均能完全清晰显示;对脑动脉1-2级分支血管,常规3D-TOF-MRA法能清晰显示32例,占比78%,而MT+3D-TOF-MRA法均能清晰显示,两者比较具有显著统计学差异(P=0.005);对脑动脉3-4级分支远端小血管,常规3D-TOF-MRA法只能清晰显示25例,占比61%,而MT+3D-TOF-MRA法能清晰显示37例,占比90.2%,两者比较也具有显著统计学差异(P=0.002)。另外,常规3D-TOF-MRA法对脑动脉血管背景抑制不全,而MT+3D-TOF-MRA法能完全抑制脑血管的背景。结论:在常规3D-TOF-MRA基础上增加MT技术,脑血管背景抑制更好,能够获得更加清晰的脑动脉血管影像,有利于脑动脉远端分支小血管的显示。Objective:To explore the application value of magnetization transfer(MT)in magnetic resonance cerebral angiography(MRA).Materials and Methods:Forty-one subjects who were admitted to our hospital from June 26th,2021 to May 18th,2023 were examined by conventional three-dimensional time-lapse MRA(3D-TOF-MRA)and MT+3D-TOF-MRA,and the images of cerebral arteries were statistically analyzed and compared.Results:In 41 cases,the cerebral arteries and great vessels could be clearly displayed by both imaging methods.For grade 1-2 branches of cerebral artery,conventional 3D-TOF-MRA method can clearly show 32 cases,accounting for 78%,while MT+3D-TOF-MRA method can clearly show them,with significant statistical difference(P=0.005).For the small vessels at the distal end of grade 3-4 branches of cerebral artery,the conventional 3D-TOF-MRA method can clearly display only 25 cases,accounting for 61%,while the MT+3D-TOF-MRA method can clearly display 37 cases,accounting for 90.2%.There is also a significant statistical dfference between the two methods(P=0.002).In addition,the conventional 3D-TOF-MRA method can not completely suppress the background of cerebral arteries,while MT+3D-TOF-MRA method can completely suppress the background of cerebral vessels.Conclusion:Adding MT technology on the basis of conventional 3D-TOF-MRA can suppress the cerebrovascular background better,get clearer images of cerebral arteries and vessels,which is beneficial to the display of small vessels in the distal branches of cerebral arteries.
