摘 要:推进中小学心理健康教育教师专业化发展,是中小学心理健康教育课程建设及教育教学高质量发展的重要手段。通过对我国中小学心理健康教育教师专业化发展的文献进行梳理,以及对中小学心理健康教育师资发展现状的调查分析,发现我国目前对中小学心理健康教育教师有着巨大的需求,但该课程教师的专业化发展还存在外援力不强、保障制度不健全、内生动力不足等困境。为此,需以推进健康中国建设为指引,构建大中小幼一体化的心理健康教育课程及其教师专业化发展体系。中小学心理健康教育教师须用健康心理的发展原理进行专业化实践,更新中国特色心理健康教育话语体系。Promoting the professional development of mental health education teachers in primary and secondary school is an important means to enhance the curriculum construction and high-quality development of educational teaching in this field.Through a review of literature on the professional development of teachers in primary and secondary school mental health education in China and an analysis of the current status of teacher resources in this area,it is found that there is a significant demand for teachers in this field.However,there are several challenges hindering the professional development of teachers in this field,including insufficient external support,inadequate guarantee systems,and lack of internal motivation.In light of this,it is necessary to guide the development by promoting the construction of a healthy China and establishing an integrated curriculum and professional development system for mental health education across all levels of education.Teachers in primary and secondary school mental health education should engage in specialized practices based on the principles of healthy psychology and update the discourse system of mental health education with Chinese characteristics.
