摘 要:玉米麸皮是玉米淀粉加工的副产物,富含膳食纤维。选用D-半乳糖建立衰老小鼠模型探究精制玉米麸皮(Refined corn bran,RCB)、RCB酸解产物(Hydrolysate of acid,HOA)、HOA过XAD-2大孔树脂的洗脱物(XAD-2 macroporous resin elute,XE)对小鼠肠道菌群的丰富度、多样性等多方面的影响。结果表明,与衰老模型组相比,3种处理产物均能增加菌群多样性、增加乳酸菌目及乳酸菌科的丰度;XE组能提高菌群丰富度。RCB组与HOA组能降低厚壁菌门的数量、增加拟杆菌门的数量,且能降低厚壁菌门/拟杆菌门(F/B)值。RCB与XE能提高小鼠肠道菌群的抗老化、细胞活性、排泄能力等功能,且XE的效果更佳。研究结果可为玉米麸皮处理产物改善衰老人群肠道菌群及其他疾病提供一定的理论依据。Corn bran is a byproduct of corn starch processing and is rich in dietary fiber.In this experiment,a senescence mouse model was established using D-lactose to investigate the effects of refined corn bran(RCB),hydrolysate of acid(HOA)from RCB,and the eluate of HOA through XAD-2 macroporous resin(XE)on various aspects of the mouse gut microbiota,including richness and diversity.The results showed that all three treatment products could increase microbial diversity and the abundance of the Lactobacillales order and Lactobacillaceae family compared to the aging model group.The XE group could enhance microbial abundance.The RCB and HOA groups could reduce the quantity of Firmicutes and increase the quantity of Bacteroidetes,thereby lowering the Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes(F/B)ratio.RCB and XE could enhance the anti-aging,cellular activity,and excretory capacity of mouse gut microbiota,with XE showing better effects.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the improvement of gut microbiota and other diseases in the aging population through the treatment of corn bran derivatives.
