摘  要:目的探究双重血浆分子吸附(Double Plasma Molecular Absorb System,DPMAS)联合低剂量血浆置换(Plasma Exchange,PE)治疗肝衰竭高胆红素患者的疗效。方法简单随机选取2021年3月—2023年3月潮州市中心医院收治的50例肝衰竭高胆红素患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机化法将其分为DPMAS+PE组(n=25)和PE组(n=25)。观察两组疗效、肝功能、血常规指标与凝血功能。结果DPMAS+PE组总有效率(96.00%)高于PE组(72.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DPMAS+PE组谷草转氨酶、总胆红素以及谷丙转氨酶低于PE组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);DPMAS+PE组活化部分凝血酶原时间、凝血酶原活动度优于PE组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后两组血红蛋白、血小板计数、白细胞比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论DPMAS+PE可有效提高在肝衰竭高胆红素患者中的疗效,改善患者的肝功能及凝血功能指标。Objective To explore the efficacy of double plasma molecular absorb system(DPMAS)combined with low dose plasma exchange(PE)in the treatment of patients with high bilirubin in liver failure.Methods A total of patients with hepatic failure and hyperbilirubin admitted to Chaozhou Central Hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were simply and randomly selected as the study objects and divided into DPMAS+PE group(n=25)and PE group(n=25)by simple randomization method.The curative effect,liver function,blood routine index and coagulation function of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of DPMAS+PE group was 96.00%,which was higher than 72.00%of PE group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Aspartate aminotranferase,total bilirubin and alanine transaminase in DPMAS+PE group were lower than those in PE group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The activated partial prothrombin time and prothrombin activity in DPMAS+PE group were significantly better than those in PE group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,there were no statistically significant in hemoglobin,platelets count and white blood cells between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion DPMAS+PE can effectively improve the efficacy of patients with high bilirubin in liver failure,improve the liver function and coagulation function indexes of patients.
