百色市规模鸽场主要鸽病调查与检测分析

摘  要:为了解百色地区规模鸽场鸽新城疫、禽流感、沙门氏菌和大肠杆菌等主要疫病的防控动态、发生风险和流行情况,为制定合理的防控和净化措施提供参考依据,该研究运用荧光定量PCR检测技术、血凝和血凝抑制试验及细菌分离鉴定试验,对百色市4个主要种鸽场采集的血清样品进行新城疫、禽流感抗体检测;喉/肛拭子、肾脾组织进行新城疫、圆环病毒、沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌等病原检测。抗体检测结果显示,4个鸽场鸽群禽流感H5(Re-13株)、禽流感H5(Re-14株)、禽流感H7(Re-4株)、禽流感H9亚型和新城疫平均抗体阳性率分别为2.4%(10/414)、9.7%(40/414)、6.8%(28/414)、42.5%(176/414)、86.2%(357/414)。病原检测检测显示:检测的样品未检出禽流感和新城疫病毒核酸阳性,而圆环病毒、沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌检出率则分别为11.7%、9.0%,和15.3%。可见,4个规模鸽场新城疫免疫抗体总体合格率均高于规定的70%以上要求;禽流感H9亚型免疫抗体合格率未达到相关规定要求;检测未发现鸽群自然感染新城疫、高致病性禽流感情况,但圆环病毒、大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌病在各场都有不同程度的流行。In order to understand the prevention and control dynamics,occurrence risks,and prevalence of major diseases such as Newcastle disease,Avian Influenza,Salmonella,and Escherichia Coli in large-scale pigeon farms in the Baise area,and to provide reference for formulating reasonable prevention and purification measures,this study used Fluorescence quantitative PCR detection technology,Femagglutination and Femagglutination inhibition tests,and bacterial isolation and identification tests to conduct Newcastle disease detection on serum samples collected from four major Pigeon farms in Baise city Avian influenza antibody testing;Performed pathogen testing on throat/anal swabs,kidney and spleen Tissues for Newcastle disease,Coronavirus,Salmonella,Escherichia Coli,and other pathogens.The antibody test results showed that the average antibody positive rates for avian influenza H5(Re-13 strain),avian influenza H5(Re-14 strain),avian influenza H7(Re-4 strain),avian influenza H9 sub-type,and Newcastle disease in four pigeon farms were 2.4%(10/414),9.7%(40/414),6.8%(28/414),42.5%(176/414),and 86.2%(357/414),respectively.The pathogen detection test showed that the tested samples did not detect positive nucleic acid for avian influenza and Newcastle disease virus,while the detection rates for Circovirus,Salmonella,and Escherichia Coli were 11.7%,9.0%,and 15.3%,respectively.It can be seen that the overall qualification rate of Newcastle disease immune antibodies in the four large-scale pigeon farms is higher than the prescribed requirement of over 70%;The qualification rate of H9 sub-type immune antibodies against avian influenza does not meet the relevant regulatory requirements;No natural infections of Newcastle disease or highly pathogenic avian influenza are found in the pigeon flock during testing,but Circular Virus,Escherichia Coli,and Salmonella have varying degrees of prevalence in each field.
