摘　　要：木犀草素(3',4',5,7-四羟基黄酮)是一种天然黄酮类化合物,广泛存在于多种药用草本植物中,具有抗肿瘤、镇咳祛痰、抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化等多种药理作用。木犀草素可通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭与转移,阻滞肿瘤细胞周期,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,以及调控肿瘤细胞活性氧(ROS)水平等途径抑制肿瘤生长,从而抑制机体多种肿瘤的发生与发展,具有良好的抗肿瘤作用。本文旨在探究木犀草素抗肿瘤的分子机制,为其临床应用提供参考。Luteolin(3',4',5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone)is a kind of natural flavonoid.It exists widely in various herbal medicinal plants,with anti-tumor,antitussive and expectorant,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation and other pharmacological effects.Luteolin harbors a good anti-tumor effect.It inhibits tumor growth by means of inhibiting the proliferation,invasion and metastasis,blocking the cycle,inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells,and regulating the ROS level in tumor cells,so that it can suppress the occurrence and development of multiple types of tumors.This paper aims to explore the molecular mechanism of the anti-tumor effects of luteolin,and provide reference for its clinical application.
