摘　　要：总结1例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿合并右手背坏死性筋膜炎的护理经验。护理要点包括感染防治、创面管理、疼痛控制、营养支持、康复指导与人文关怀。通过上述综合护理措施,患儿治疗78天后伤口愈合,继续按疗程化疗。To summarize the nursing experience of a child with acute lymphoblastic leukemia complicated with necrotizing fasciitis in the back of right hand.The key points of nursing included infection prevention,wound management,pain control,nutritional support,rehabilitation guidance and humanistic care.Through the above comprehensive nursing measures,the wound healed after 78 days of treatment,and the chemotherapy was continued according to the course of treatment.
