摘  要:现有的城市建筑三维(3D)建模方法存在数据采集成本和模型精度难以平衡的问题。提出一种基于数字线划图(DLG)和机载激光点云数据的单体建筑物三维建模方法。通过分析建筑标准总结了建筑结构的知识规则,并将这些知识规则应用于辅助DLG和点云数据重建单体建筑的三维模型,可以准确高效地提取包含楼层和详细屋顶结构信息的单体建筑模型,实现了建筑模型的高效提取。与以往研究相比,本文将建模细节层次(LOD)从LOD-2改进为LOD-2.2,能够满足城市精细化管理的需求。这为城市建筑三维模型的大规模采集提供了一条低成本、高效率的技术路线。The existing three-dimensional(3D)modeling methods of urban buildings have the problem of a difficult balance between data acquisition cost and model accuracy.A 3D modeling method for single buildings based on digital line graphic(DLG)and airborne laser point cloud data was proposed.By analyzing the building standards,the knowledge rules of the building structure were summarized,and these knowledge rules were applied to assist DLG and point cloud data to reconstruct the 3D model of a single building,which could accurately and efficiently extract a single building model with the information of floors and detailed roof structure.The efficient extraction of building models was achieved.Compared with previous studies,this paper improves the modeling level of detail(LOD)from LOD-2 to LOD-2.2,which can meet the needs of urban fine management.This provides a low-cost and high-efficiency technical route for the large-scale collection of 3D models of urban buildings.
