摘　　要：意象思维是中医学的基本思维方式之一。黄柳向教授运用意象思维认识肠息肉,发现阳气的气化失职是形成肠息肉生长环境的重要原因。临床上对肠息肉的辨证分型主要为脾虚湿滞证、肝郁脾虚证、脾肾阳虚证、湿热瘀阻证、寒热错杂证,在辨证论治的同时,注重温阳化气。黄柳向教授在临床治疗肠息肉取得了较为显著的疗效,文章论述黄柳向教授治疗肠息肉的经验,以期为临床治疗提供参考。Image thinking is one of the basic ways of thinking in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Huang Liuxiang used image thinking to understand intestinal polyps and found that the failure of Yang qi gasification is an important reason for the formation of intestinal polyps growth environment.Clinical differentiation of intestinal polyps mainly includes spleen deficiency and damp stagnation syndrome,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,dampness-heat stasis syndrome,cold and heat mixed syndrome,while dialectical treatment,pay attention to warming Yang and converting Qi.Professor Huang Liuxiang has achieved remarkable curative effect in the clinical treatment of intestinal polyps.This article discusses Professor Huang Liuxiang's experience in the treatment of intestinal polyps,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.
