摘 要:为实现电磁环境效应标准体系高效性和智能化的构建,文章提出基于知识图谱技术的电磁环境效应标准体系构建方法,论述了知识图谱技术的适用性,从体系和标准两个层面对知识图谱技术搭建进行了研究。最后给出基于知识图谱信息平台在电磁环境效应标准体系的应用,并与传统构建方式进行了对比分析,此方法可解决传统标准管理机制反应慢和混乱等问题,能更智能、更准确的反应标准需求,有助于电磁环境效应标准体系的协调统一和构建质量。In order to realize the high efficiency and intelligent construction of electromagnetic environmental effect standard system,in this paper,the construction method of electromagnetic environmental effect standard system based on knowledge graph technology is proposed,and the applicability of knowledge graph technology is discussed,the construction of knowledge graph technology is studied from system and standard perspectives.Finally,the application of the knowledge graph information platform in the electromagnetic environmental effect standard system was presented,and a comparative analysis was conducted with traditional construction methods,it can be seen that this method can solve the problems of slow response and confusion in traditional standard management mechanisms,and can respond the standard requirements more intelligently and accurately.It is helpful to the harmonization and quality of the standard system of electromagnetic environmental effects.
