摘  要:目的探讨彩色多普勒超声引导桡动脉穿刺在临床的应用效果。方法将纳入的110例患者随机分为观察组(57例)和对照组(53例)。观察组患者采用彩色多普勒超声引导进行桡动脉穿刺置管;对照组患者采用常规盲法穿刺置管。比较2组患者的穿刺时间、一次性穿刺成功率及血肿形成发生率。结果观察组患者穿刺时间短于对照组([36.5±7.8)s vs.(69.3±18.6)s],一次性穿刺成功率高于对照组(96.5%vs.45.3%),血肿形成发生率低于对照组(3.5%vs.28.3%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声引导桡动脉穿刺能显著提高一次性穿刺成功率,减少动脉穿刺的并发症。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of color Doppler ultrasound in guiding radial artery puncture.Methods A total of 110 patients were randomly divided into the observation group(57 cases)and the control group(53 cases).Patients in the observation group underwent radial artery puncture and catheterization guided by color Doppler ultrasound;patients in the control group underwent routine blind puncture and catheterization.The puncture time,one-time puncture success rate,and incidence of hematoma formation of patients between the two groups were compared.Results The puncture time of patients in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group[(36.5±7.8)s vs.(69.3±18.6)s],and the one-time puncture success rate was higher than that in the control group(96.5%vs.45.3%),the incidence of hematoma formation was lower than that in the control group(3.5%vs.28.3%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound guiding radial artery puncture can significantly improve the one-time puncture success rate and reduce the complications of arterial puncture.
