摘　　要：人工智能技术的多方面嵌入、多主体赋能、多维度黏合与全方位融通,有利于大学内部治理形成“利益共享”的矩阵式结构、“多元协同”的主体性复归、“上下互通”的扁平化体系与“价值理性”的制度性保障。然而,囿于人工智能发展的技术过载、盲目崇拜、伦理风险与价值局限,也容易造成大学内部治理的价值危机、削弱主体地位、淡化过程体现乃至异化目标与手段。为进一步推动大学治理体系与治理能力的现代化建设,必须通过加强基础设计,细化人工智能嵌入大学内部治理的规章制度、系统规划与操作方案;强化动力支撑,夯实人工智能嵌入大学内部治理的数字基建、技术环境与配套机制;创新内在驱动,加强人工智能嵌入大学内部治理的主体素养、组织协同及项目合作;强化保障机制,促进人工智能嵌入大学内部治理的资源共享、长效变革与整体建构。The multi-faceted embedding,multi-agent empowerment,multi-dimensional bonding and all-round integration of artificial intelligence technology are conducive to the formation of a matrix structure of benefit sharing,the return of subjectivity of multiple collaboration,the flat system of up and down communication,and the institutional guarantee of value rationality in university internal governance.However,the technical overload,blind worship,ethical risk and value limitation of the development of artificial intelligence also easily lead to the value crisis of internal governance of universities,weaken the dominant position,dilute the process embodiment and even alienate the objectives and means.In order to further promote the modernization of the university governance system and governance capacity,it is necessary to strengthen basic design and refine the rules regulations and system planning and operation scheme of artificial intelligence embedded in university internal governance;strengthen the dynamic support and technological environment and consolidate the digital infrastructure and supporting tools of artificial intelligence embedded in the internal governance of universities;Innovate the internal drive and strengthen the subjective quality and organizational collaboration and multi-coordination of artificial intelligence embedded in the internal governance of universities;strengthen the guarantee mechanism and share the data resources and long-term transformation and overall governance of artificial intelligence embedded in the internal governance of universities.
