摘　　要：辐射防护医学是为医学门类专业开设的一门军事医学必修课程,对于培养高素质专业化新型军事医学人才具有重要意义。学生普遍反映课程内容抽象、概念复杂,不易理解和掌握,兴趣不足。以往教学过程中针对案例缺乏系统设计,存在引用质量不高、不贴合教学等问题。案例库的构建和运用能有效弥补现有教学方式的不足,根据课程实际需求,系统性收集相关案例,按照不同方面对案例进行梳理分类,分为五个模块编写案例库,涵盖了教学过程中所需的案例素材。辐射防护医学案例库的建设实现了案例与教学的深度融合,使学生以更为直观的方式理解掌握教学重难点,有助于激发学生的学习兴趣和课堂参与度,提升了辐射防护人才的培养素质。content and complicated concepts.The authors identified problems with cases in previous teaching,including lack of systematic design,low-quality references,and being not in line with the teaching objectives.The above-mentioned problems can be effectively addressed by the construction and application of a case library.Based on the actual needs of the curriculum,the authors systematically collected relevant cases,which were then categorized according to type.The case library is divided into five modules,covering all necessary case materials for the teaching.The establishment of the case library of radiation protection medicine has integrated cases into teaching,enabling students to understand and master the key points in a more intuitive way.It also helps to stimulate students’interest in learning and increase their participation in classroom,ultimately enhancing the quality of radiation protection talent cultivation.
