摘 要:本文旨在探索一种适合国内LNG行业的火灾报警及气体检测系统(FGS)设计方法。从FGS系统在石油化工行业及LNG行业应用的国内外发展现状,FGS系统在国内外LNG行业的设计思路,国内外FGS系统的认证体系和设计依据等方面详细论述了国内外FGS系统设计理念及采标的差异,分析了国内外FGS系统的优缺点。结合国内外FGS系统设计理念及应用情况,本文介绍了现阶段适合我国LNG行业应用的FGS系统设计方法,最后提出在符合我国国家消防产品认证的基础上,LNG行业FGS系统的改进方向和发展展望。This article aims to explore a design method for fire and gas detection systems(FGS)suitable for the domestic LNG industry.This article discusses in detail the development status of FGS systems in the petrochemical and LNG industries both domestically and internationally,the design ideas of FGS systems in the LNG industry both domestically and internationally,the certification systems and design basis of FGS systems both domestically and internationally,and the differences in design concepts and standards.It also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of FGS systems both domestically and internationally.Based on the design concept and application situation of FGS systems both domestically and internationally,this article introduces the FGS system design methods suitable for the current application in China's LNG industry.Finally,the improvement direction and development prospects of the FGS system in the LNG industry are proposed based on compliance with China's national fire product certification.
