摘　　要：中医嗅诊源远流长,作为四诊不可或缺的部分,当前对此的研究存在不足。本研究主要从秦汉至近现代探析中医嗅诊的理论沿革,及从口鼻躯体气味、排泄物与咳吐物气味等方面探析中医嗅诊的应用,以提升中医诊断准确度及丰富临床实践。The theory and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)olfactory diagnosis have a long history,serving as an integral part of the Four Examinations;however,current research in this area is inadequate.This paper primarily explores the theoretical evolution of TCM olfactory diagnosis from the Qin-Han period to modern times,focusing on its applications involving body odors emanating from the mouth and nose,smells from excretions and expectorated substances,with the aim to enhance the accuracy of TCM diagnostics and enrich clinical practice.
