痣样基底细胞癌综合征的影像诊断

摘　　要：目的分析痣样基底细胞癌综合征的影像学表现特点。方法选取2010年4月至2020年7月本院收治的痣样基底细胞癌综合征患者5例,分析CT、DR等影像检查。结果5例患者均患颌骨囊肿;4例存在小脑幕及大脑镰多发条片状、串珠状钙化;4例病理提示颜面部皮肤基底细胞癌,1例合并叉状肋、拇趾外翻等骨骼畸形。结论痣样基底细胞癌综合征具有典型影像学表现和临床特点,通过高效识别其诊断要点,可减少漏误诊。Objective To summarize the imaging features of nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome.Methods CT and DR imaging data of 5 patients with clinical and pathological confirmed nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome in our hospital from April 2010 to July 2020 were reviewed retrospectively.Results All the 5 patients with cyst of jaw.CT showed had multiple strip and beaded calcifications of tentorium cerebellum and falx cerebri in 4 cases.Four cases with pathological confirmed skin basal cell carcinoma in facial skin.One case with skeletal deformities such as forked rib and hallux valgus.Conclusion Nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome have some distinctive Image representation and clinical characteristics.Mastering the diagnostic points can reduce missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
