摘　　要：胰腺癌又被称为"癌中之王",其诊断困难,恶性程度高,多数患者发现时已是晚期,预后极差,胰腺癌的早诊断与早治疗对于提高生存率,改善预后十分重要。近些年来,随着腹腔镜技术的不断普及,以及3D可视化和4K高清腹腔镜等相关设备的更新迭代,手术技术的不断成熟,胰腺肿瘤腹腔镜手术也获得前所未有的进展。本综述将在现有研究进展基础上,探讨腹腔镜胰腺手术作为胰腺癌治疗策略的应用和发展。Pancreatic cancer is also known as the"king of cancer".It is difficult to diagnose and has a high degree of malignancy.Most patients are in advanced stage when they are found.The prognosis is very poor.Early diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer are very important to improve survival rate and prognosis.In recent years,with the continuous popularization of laparoscopic technology,as well as the updating and iteration of related equipment such as 3D visualization and 4K high-definition laparoscopy,and the continuous maturity of surgical technology,laparoscopic surgery for pancreatic tumors has also made unprecedented progress.This review will discuss the application and development of laparoscopic pancreatic surgery as a treatment strategy for pancreatic cancer based on the existing research progress.
