摘　　要：目的:探究乳酸菌素片联合盐酸小檗碱片治疗成人急性肠炎的临床效果。方法:选择广东省人民医院赣州医院2022年1月—2023年6月收治的90例急性肠炎患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组加服乳酸菌素片,观察组在对照组基础上联合盐酸小檗碱片进行治疗,两组均连续治疗7 d。对比两组的临床治疗效果、胃肠功能恢复情况、不良反应发生情况、临床症状评分。结果:观察组的临床治疗效果和不良反应发生情况均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的腹痛、腹泻和恶心呕吐消失时间均早于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的临床症状评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的临床症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乳酸菌素片联合盐酸小檗碱片可显著增强成人急性肠炎的整体治疗效果,促进患者临床症状及胃肠功能改善,使患者尽快恢复,且临床安全性较高。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Lacidophilin Tablets combined with Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of acute enteritis in adults.Method:A total of 90 patients with acute enteritis admitted to Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital Ganzhou Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 45 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was supplemented with Lacidophilin Tablets,while the observation group was treated with Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets in combination with the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 7 days.The clinical treatment efficacy,gastrointestinal function recovery,adverse reactions and the clinical symptom scores between the two groups were compared.Result:The clinical treatment efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappear time of abdominal pain,diarrhea,and nausea and vomiting in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in clinical symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,while the clinical symptom scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lacidophilin Tablets combined with Berberine Hydrochloride Tablets can significantly enhance the overall treatment efficacy of adult acute enteritis,promote the improvement of clinical symptoms and gastrointestinal function,and enable patients to recover as soon as possible,with high clinical safety.
