摘　　要：目的:探讨胃灵颗粒对胃溃疡(GU)患者幽门螺杆菌(Hp)根除率、表皮生长因子(EGF)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))的影响。方法:选择2021年1月—2023年7月宜都市人民医院103例GU患者,随机分为观察组50例和对照组53例。两组均接受规范抗Hp的四联疗法,观察组在此基础上口服胃灵颗粒,两组均治疗14 d。比较临床疗效、Hp根除率、EGF和PGE_(2)水平,以及药物不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为100%,高于对照组的86.79%(P<0.05)。观察组Hp根除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组EGF、PGE_(2)水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胃灵颗粒治疗GU能提高Hp感染根除率,促进胃黏膜分泌EGF、PGE_(2),增强胃黏膜修复功能,疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the effects of Weiling Granules on Helicobacter pylori (Hp) eradication rate,epidermal growth factor (EGF) and prostaglandin E_(2) (PGE_2) in patients with gastric ulcer (GU).Method:A total of 103 patients with GU who were admitted to Yidu People's Hospital between January 2021 and July 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into the observation group 50 cases and the control group 53 cases.Both groups of patients were treated with standard anti-Hp quadruple therapy,the observation group was treated with oral Weiling Granules on this basis,and both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical effect,Hp eradication rate,levels of EGF and PGE_2,and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 86.79% in the control group (P<0.05).Hp eradication rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of EGF and PGE_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Weiling Granules can improve the Hp eradication rate and promote the secretion of EGF and PGE_(2) from gastroduodenal mucosa,and enhance the gastric mucosa repair function,with obvious effect.
