摘 要:目的:探究早期认知语言康复训练对语言发育迟缓早产儿的效果。方法:选择2021年4月—2023年4月在南通大学第二附属医院治疗的语言发育迟缓早产儿86例,应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(常规训练)及观察组(早期认知语言康复训练),各43例。对比两组临床疗效、格塞尔发育量表(GDS)评分、事件相关电位P300变化、语言能力。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组DQ比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组DQ均改善,观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组事件相关电位P300比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组P300潜伏期均降低、波幅均升高,观察组均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组语言行为评估量表(Ver-BAS)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组Ver-BAS评分均升高,观察组Ver-BAS评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期认知语言康复训练可改善语言发育迟缓患儿发育商,提高语言能力。Objective:To investigate the effect of early cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation training on preterm infants with delayed language development.Method:A total of 86 preterm infants with delayed language development treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group(routine training)and observation group(early cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation training)by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy,Gesell developmental schedule(GDS)scores,event-related potential P300 changes and language competence of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in DQ between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,DQ in both groups were improved,and that in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in event-related potential P300 between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,P300 latency decreased and amplitude increased in both groups,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in verbal behavior assessment scale(Ver-BAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the Ver-BAS scores in both groups were increased,and the Ver-BAS scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early cognitive-linguistic rehabilitation training can improve the developmental quotient and language competence of children with delayed language development.
