摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是虚劳的主要病因,放化疗、靶向治疗虽有抗肿瘤功效,但其副作用常加重虚劳证候。王凌教授辨证治疗恶性肿瘤放化疗及靶向治疗后虚劳证候,以“脏腑气血阴阳诸虚劳损”为病变之本,虚性证素包括肾精不足、脾胃虚损、肺肾阴亏,实性证素为湿浊、痰浊、气郁、阴火,病性本虚标实,“气阴两虚、痰湿郁火”为基本病机。补肾填精、健脾益胃、清热润肺、化湿祛痰、疏肝柔肝为主要治法,扶正祛邪,燮理阴阳,以平为期。Malignant tumour is the main cause of deficiency and fatigue syndrome.Although radiotherapy,chemotherapy,and targeted therapy have anti-tumour efficacy,their side effects often aggravate the symptoms of deficiency and fatigue syndrome.Professor Wang Ling treats the deficiency and fatigue syndrome after radiotherapy,chemotherapy,and targeted therapy for malignant tumors,with“damage to the yin and yang of qi and blood in the zang fu viscera”as the etiology.The factors of deficiency syndrome include kidney essence deficiency,spleen and stomach deficiency,deficiency of lung and kidney yin.The factors of solid syndrome include dampness,phlegm,liver qi stagnation,and fire-heat evil.The essence of the disease belongs to deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,“deficiency of both qi and yin,phlegm and dampness,stagnancy of functional activities of qi,fire-heat evil”as the basic pathogenesis.The main treatment methods include tonifying the kidney and essence replenishment,strengthening the spleen and stomach,clearing heat and moistening lung,dispelling dampness and expelling phlegm,and soothing the liver and softening the liver.To achieve the therapeutic purposes of strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor,and regulating yin and yang.
