早期口腔运动训练结合音乐抚触疗法对早产儿身心发育及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析早期口腔运动训练结合音乐抚触疗法对早产儿身心发育及睡眠质量的影响。方法选择2020年1月至2022年2月我院收治的90例早产儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组,每组45例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加施早期口腔运动训练结合音乐抚触疗法。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预前,两组的心理发育评分、身长、头围及体质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的心理发育评分、身长、头围及体质量均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的单次最长睡眠时间及日总睡眠时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后7、14 d,观察组的单次最长睡眠时间及日总睡眠时间均长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组的新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)各维度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的NBNA各维度评分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期口腔运动训练结合音乐抚触疗法用于早产儿护理中,可改善早产儿的睡眠质量,促进身心发育及行为神经发育,值得推广。Objective To analyze the effects of early oral exercise training combined with music touch therapy on physical and mental development and sleep quality of premature infants.Methods A total of 90 premature infants admitted in our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received early oral exercise training combined with music touch therapy on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before intervention,there were no significant differences in psychological development score,body length,head circumference and body weight between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the psychological development score,body length,head circumference and body weight of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the single longest sleep time and total daily sleep time between the two groups(P>0.05);at 7 and 14 d after intervention,the single longest sleep time and total daily sleep time of the observation group were longer than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in Neonatal Behavioral Neurological Assessment(NBNA)scores of each dimension between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the NBNA scores of each dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early oral exercise training combined with music touch therapy for premature infants can improve the sleep quality of premature infants,promote physical and mental development and behavioral neurodevelopment,which is worthy of promotion.
