摘　　要：目前研究表明炎症反应和免疫功能异常对缺血性脑卒中的发生发展起重要作用,发现白细胞介素(IL)-12家族参与多种慢性炎症性疾病,对动脉硬化形成起关键作用,其可增强免疫反应和(或)抑制免疫功能。本文对IL-12家族的细胞因子在缺血性脑卒中中的作用现状进行简述,可能为缺血性脑卒中患者的预后判断和治疗方面提供新的参考。Current studies have shown that inflammatory response and immune dysfunction play an important role in the occurrence and development of ischemic stroke.Exploratory researches have shown that the interleukin(IL)-12 family is involved in multiple chronic inflammatory diseases and plays an important role in arteriosclerosis,it can enhance immune response and/or inhibit immune function.In this paper,the research status of interleukin-12 family cytokines in ischemic stroke is briefly reviewed,which may provide a new reference for prognosis and treatment of ischemic stroke patients.
