丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑梗死的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑梗死的效果。方法:选取2022年6月—2023年6月永州市中心医院收治的急性缺血性脑梗死患者130例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各65例。对照组给予阿替普酶与阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组神经功能损伤评分、炎性因子水平及生化指标水平优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丁苯酞氯化钠注射液联合阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑梗死的效果显著,能够修复神经功能,降低炎性因子水平,改善生化指标,且安全性较好。Objective:To analyze the effect of intravenous thrombolysis of acute ischemic cerebral infarction with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection combined with alteplase.Methods:One hundred and thirty patients with acute ischemic cerebral infarction admitted to Yongzhou Central Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with sixty-five cases.The control group was treated with alteplase and aspirin,and the observation group was treated with butylphthalide sodium chloride injection on the basis of the control group.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,the neurological function injury scores,the levels of inflammatory factors and biochemical indexes of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Butylphthalide sodium chloride injection combined with alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic cerebral infarction is effective,able to repair the nerve function,reduce the level of inflammatory factor,improve the biochemical indexes,and the safety is better.
