摘　　要：乳牙深龋去腐过程中露髓是一种在临床上非常常见的情形。随着近年来牙髓生物学的研究深入及新型盖髓材料的开发,儿童口腔医学领域对于乳牙龋源性露髓的治疗理念也发生了变化。如今,更多的医生倾向于采用活髓保存治疗方案,即尽量保留活髓或部分活髓,以实现控制感染和治愈患牙的目的。文章将从乳牙活髓保存的治疗方法、盖髓材料的种类及性能以及活髓保存治疗成功率的影响因素3个方面的研究进展做一综述。The exposure of pulp during the process of removing decay from deep caries primary teeth is very common in clinical practice.With the advances in pulp biology and the development of new pulp capping materials in recent years,the treatment concept of primary teeth with carious pulp exposure has also changed in the field of pediatric dentistry.At present,more doctors tend to adopt vital pulp therapy,which is to keep the vital pulp or part of the pulp as much as possible,in order to control infection and cure the affected teeth.This review will focus on the treatment methods of vital pulp therapy in primary teeth,the types and properties of pulp capping materials,and the factors affecting the success rate of vital pulp therapy.
