成年初期男同性恋性道德结构构想及影响因素分析

摘　　要：男同性恋作为性少数群体,在身心发展过程中,其性道德发展及结构可能存在自身独特的特点。研究采用深度访谈对30名18~30岁成年初期男同性恋者进行研究,对访谈资料进行文本分析得出:成年初期男同性恋道德发展可分为四个阶段:单一异性恋道德准则阶段、多元道德准则阶段、整合对立信息阶段、初步稳定性道德阶段;性道德结构可以分为性道德认知、性道德行为发展、性道德情感发展三个主要部分;主要问题为:受到同性恋同伴、早期性教育和网络发展的影响,男同性恋在将异性恋道德规范迁移到同性恋性生活的过程中,由于缺乏正确的引导,在拒绝和接受的尺度拉扯之下,对不道德性行为的接受程度更高,这也间接导致男同性恋群体成为艾滋病的高发群体。As a sexual minority,gay men may have their own unique characteristics in their sexual moral development and structure in the process of their physical and mental development.This study,in-depth interviews were conducted on 30 gay men in early adulthood aged 18-30 years old,and the text analysis of the interview data shows that the stage of moral development of gay men in early adulthood can be divided into four stages:the stage of single heterosexual moral norms,the stage of pluralistic moral norms,the stage of integrating opposing information,and the stage of preliminary stability sexual morality.The structure of sexual morality can be divided into three main parts:sexual moral cognition,sexual moral behavior development,and sexual moral emotional development.The main problem includes:influenced by homosexual peers,early sex education and the development of the Internet,gay men transfer heterosexual moral norms to gay sexual life,and because of the lack of correct guidance,the acceptance of immoral sexual behavior is higher under the scale of rejection and acceptance,which also indirectly leads to the gay male community becoming a high incidence of acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS).
