显微镜下牙体预备对全瓷冠边缘适合性影响

摘　　要：目的:旨在评估不同牙体预备方法对全瓷冠边缘适合性的影响,并探讨显微镜辅助牙体预备在提高全瓷冠边缘密合度和适合性指数方面的潜在优势。方法:选取2023年8月~2023年11月于本院就诊的需全瓷冠修复的患者100例,分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组采用显微镜辅助下的微创牙体预备方法,而对照组则采用传统牙体预备方法。通过显微镜进行边缘密合度的详细观察和测量,并计算适合性指数。结果:观察组的全瓷冠边缘密合度(平均0.92)显著高于对照组(平均0.85),t=2.34,P<0.05。适合性指数方面,观察组(平均80)也显著高于对照组(平均75),χ^(2)=12.45,P<0.05。结论:显微镜辅助下的微创牙体预备方法能显著提高全瓷冠的边缘密合度和适合性指数,为临床全瓷冠修复提供了更为精细和有效的牙体预备技术。Objective:To evaluate the impact of different dental preparation methods on the marginal fit of all ceramic crowns,and to explore the potential advantages of microscope assisted dental preparation in improving the marginal fit and fitness index of all ceramic crowns.Methods:Select 100 patients who underwent all ceramic crown restoration at our hospital from August 2023 to November 2023,dividing them into an observation group and a control group,with 50 patients in each group.The observation group used minimally invasive dental preparation methods assisted by a microscope,while the control group used traditional dental preparation methods.Detailed observation and measurement of edge fit through a microscope,and calculation of suitability index.Results:The edge fit of all ceramic crowns in the observation group(average 0.92)was significantly higher than that in the control group(average 0.85),with t=2.34 and P<0.05.In terms of suitability index,the observation group(average 80)was also significantly higher than the control group(average 75),χ^(2)=12.45,P<0.05.Conclusion:The minimally invasive dental preparation method assisted by a microscope can significantly improve the marginal fit and fitness index of all ceramic crowns,providing a more refined and effective dental preparation technique for clinical all ceramic crown restoration.
