国产消化内镜联合氩离子凝固术在基层医院中的应用体会

摘　　要：目的:探究分析国产消化内镜联合氩离子凝固术在基层医院的应用效果。方法:选择2022年1月~2023年1月于某基层医院接受国产消化内镜联合氩离子凝固术治疗的50例患者为观察对象,将其设为观察组,再选择同期接受消化内镜注射治疗的50例患者设为对照组,比较两组患者的临床疗效,以此判定国产消化内镜联合氩离子凝固术在基层医院的应用效果与价值。结果:经过治疗后的效果评估,相较于对照组,观察组治疗显效和有效者更多,治疗的总有效率也显著更高,P<0.05;观察组相关治疗指标优于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者的预后更好,治疗后病情无复发,后期生活质量评分高于对照组,复发率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:国产消化内镜联合氩离子凝固术在基层医院的应用效果显著,不但有助于提高手术效果,还能够改善预后,提高生活质量,国产消化内镜联合氩离子凝固术能够在消化系统疾病治疗中取得较好的疗效。Objective:To explore and analyze the application effect of domestic digestive endoscopy combined with argon ion coagulation in grassroots hospitals.Methods:50 patients who received domestic digestive endoscopy combined with argon ion coagulation treatment at a grassroots hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 50 patients who received endoscopic injection treatment at the same time were selected as the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared to determine the application effect and value of domestic digestive endoscopy combined with argon ion coagulation in grassroots hospitals.Results:After evaluation of the treatment effect,it was found that compared to the control group,the observation group had more significant and effective treatments,and the total effective rate of treatment was also significantly higher,P<0.05;The relevant treatment indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05;The prognosis of patients in the observation group was better,and there was no recurrence after treatment.The quality of life score in the later stage was higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application effect of domestically produced digestive endoscopy combined with argon ion coagulation in grassroots hospitals is significant.It not only helps to improve the surgical effect,but also improves prognosis and quality of life.Domestic digestive endoscopy combined with argon ion coagulation can achieve good therapeutic effects in the treatment of digestive system diseases.
