摘  要:目的:分析神经传导速度测定联合表面肌电图检查在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用价值。方法:本次实验研究将2021年8月~2023年8月于医院接受脑卒中偏瘫治疗的患者47例作为观察组,并选择同期于医院接受健康体检且结果正常的体检者47例作为对照组,所有参与本研究者均实施神经传导速度测定与表面肌电图检查。结果:观察组患者腓总运动、感觉神经以及胫运动神经、感觉神经传导速度均显著差别于对照组,P<0.05。观察组与对照组胫骨前肌、腓肠肌积分肌电值与协同收缩率均存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:对于脑卒中偏瘫患者来说神经传导速度测定联合表面肌电图检查可以更好了解其神经损伤、肌张力、肌力等情况,从而为临床治疗与康复提供基础与依据。Objective:To analyze the application value of nerve conduction velocity measurement combined with surface electromyography in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:47 patients who received hemiplegia treatment in hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 47 patients who received physical examination in hospital during the same period with normal results were selected as the control group.Nerve conduction velocity and surface electromyography were tested for all participants.Results:The transmission velocity of peroneal motor,sensory nerve,tibial motor nerve and sensory nerve in observation group was significantly different from that in control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the integrated EMG value and cooperative shrinkage rate of tibialis anterior muscle and gastrocnemius between observation group and control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nerve conduction velocity measurement combined with surface electromyography can better understand the nerve injury,muscle tension and muscle strength of stroke patients with hemiplegia,so as to provide a basis for clinical treatment and rehabilitation.
