数字技术赋能乡村产业振兴的路径研究

摘　　要：随着物联网、人工智能、遥感监测、5G等现代数字技术在农业发展中的深度应用,乡村产业在农产品生产、流通、销售等产业链诸多环节取得显著成效,数字技术与乡村产业的深度融合为推进乡村全面振兴、实现农业农村现代化提供了强有力的支撑。从实践进程看,数字技术赋能乡村产业振兴还面临着数字化发展基础设施薄弱、数字化技能型农业劳动者相对紧缺、经营主体能力不足、数字化建设深度和广度不足等困境。因此,需要夯实乡村数字化发展基础;全面提升农业劳动者数字素养;加快推进小农户对接现代农业;强化数字技术赋能乡村产业,多措并举发展乡村数字经济,推动乡村产业振兴。With the in-depth application of modern digital technologies in agricultural development such as the Internet of Things,Artificial Intelligence,Remote Sensing Monitoring,and 5G,the rural industry has achieved remarkable results in many links of the industrial chain from production,circulation to sales of agricultural products.The deep integration of digital technology and rural industries provides a strong support for promoting comprehensive rural revitalization and achieving agricultural and rural modernization.In the process of rural industry revitalization enabled by digital technology,we are faced with difficulties such as weak digital infrastructure,lack of digital skilled talents,insufficient capacity of business entities,and insufficient breadth and depth of digital application.Therefore,it is necessary to consolidate the foundation of rural digital development,comprehensively improve the digital literacy of agricultural workers,accelerate the docking of small farmers with modern agriculture,strengthen digital technology to empower rural industries,take multiple measures to develop rural digital economy,and promote the revitalization of rural industries.
