摘　　要：里运河最早可以追溯到公元前486年,是吴王夫差为巩固北方的统治而建。古时,里运河有着重要的漕运意义;新时代,里运河承担着南水北调东线工程的输水任务,在传承文化的同时焕发出新的活力。When it comes to canals,most people’s first reaction is the Jing Hang Grand Canal.Yet the one that I will present to you is second to none in importance.Dating back to the Spring and Autumn Period,the Li Canal is one of the earliest artificial rivers in Chinese history.In 486 BC,Fuchai,King of the Wu Kingdom,began to build the Wuyue Canal,which was the canal’s prototype(前身),in order to strengthen his control over the north.
